К такому заключению приходят следователи и очевидцы аномальных явлении в околоземной атмосфере. Из многих стран поступают сообщения об участившихся в этом году явлениях летающих объектов неопознанного характера. Извечный вопрос одни ли мы, земляне, во Вселенной, продолжает принести контакт с ними для нашей планеты?
Ответа на эти вопросы мы пока не имеем. Тем больший интерес вызывает активность НЛО в последнее время, отмечаемая на всех континентах. Из поступающих сообщений явствует, что эта активность имеет ряд новых форм и проявлений. Например, металлический объект с большим светящимся шлейфом, наблюдаемый во Вьетнаме. Аналогичное явление было отмечено на другом конце света - в Норвегии, где три подобных овальных тела пролетали над озером. Впервые зафиксирован полет НЛО над Северным полюсом.
По обе стороны Атлантики
В американской прессе сообщения о появлении НЛО стали постоянной рубрикой. О «чужих огнях на небе» информация поступает из Аризоны, Техаса, Калифорнии и других штатов. Появление в Техасе НЛО, следовавшего курсом к резиденции президента, к счастью, никаких последствий не имело, но опасения вызвало. Так же тревожно было воспринято появление НЛО 7 ноября 2006 года над взлетно-посадочной полосой международного аэропорта Чикаго. По непонятной причине объект оказался в зоне аэропорта, не зафиксированный его радарами. Присутствие неопознанных воздушных аппаратов в районах стратегических военных объектов и правительственных учреждений фиксируется американскими военными службами как потенциальная угроза национальной безопасности.
На прошедшей в конце 2007 года конференции в Вашингтоне, в которой приняли участие известные политики, военные и уфологи, было принято обращение к правительству США возобновить в современных условиях «Программу исследований идентифицированных летающих объектов», просуществовавшую 20 лет, с 1969 по 1989 год. Участники конференции отметили, что вопросы безопасности требуют по-новому подойти к изучению нераскрытого феномена. События 11 сентября 2001 года в Нью-Йорке показали, как опасно не реагировать на сигналы радаров, исходящие от неопознанных самолетов и других воздушных объектов.
Появление объектов внеземного происхождения все чаще регистрируют в Великобритании. Английское министерство обороны опубликовало ранее секретные данные о наблюдениях за появлением НЛО. Считается, что правительство теперь не исключает, что они могут направляться из космоса другими цивилизациями. Что касается военного ведомства, то его особенно интересует, какие выводы военно-технического характера могут быть сделаны на основе изучения НЛО.
Английское досье на НЛО содержит сотни подробных отчетов пилотов военной и гражданской авиации, полицейских и простых граждан, наблюдавших появление необычных воздушных тел. Аналитики исходят из того, что по крайней мере пять процентов случаев не находят объяснения характера объектов.
Особое внимание привлекла к себе встреча гражданского самолета на линии Саутгемптон-Алдерни с огромным сверкающим объектов в форме линзы. Пилот самолета Рей Бовер определил его размер в 1,6 километра. Радарный контроль на аэродроме в Гернсей подтвердил размеры объекта, добавив, что не может себе представить, что это могло быть. Гигантскую линзу в небе наблюдали и пассажиры самолета. В последние месяцы этого года в Германии во многих районах наблюдается появление в вечернем небе необычных объектов. Их стало значительно больше, чем в минувшем году. В Интернет поступает множество снимков этих объектов хорошего качества. Очевидцы сходятся в их характеристике: большей частью они оранжевого или розового цвета, в форме шара, иногда мерцающие или пульсирующие. Двигаются они бесшумно, но иногда неожиданно меняют направление и скорость. Объекты появляются в одиночку или группами, которые совершают синхронный полет и маневрирование. Необычный эпизод произошел 10 января 2008 года в земле Шлезвиг-Гольштейн, где два НЛО в течение некоторого времени преследовали летящих бомбардировщиков бундесвера.
Массовое появление неопознанных воздушных объектов над Берлином в нынешнем году руководство полицией немецкой столицы назвало «новой волной НЛО». По ее данным, было отмечено более тридцати случаев прохождения групп НЛО прямо в центре города над рейхстагом. Построение объектов в полете напоминало строй стаи перелетных птиц.

Пришельцы не оставляют без внимания и нашу страну. В России за последнее время произошел ряд событий, привлекших внимание местных уфологов. Необычное явление произошло в районе города Светлый, где в березовой роще совершил посадку «юлаобразный» серебристого цвета диск на трех опорах. Из объекта вышли три существа худосочного телосложения. Они неторопливо взяли пробы грунта и вернулись в свой дисколет, который бесшумно поднялся в воздух.
Аномальные явления продолжаются в зоне Пермского края, где НЛО «летают косяками». Местные власти решили превратить район вокруг поселка Молебка в Центр уфологического туризма.
Наряду с широко распространенным интересом к уфологии в нашей стране на любительском уровне с первых военных лет существовал государственный прагматический подход к проблемам явлений внеземного характера. В свое время Генштабом была направлена в войска директива «Для служебного пользования», обязывающая командиров частей докладывать о фактах пролета и посадок НЛО с подробным описанием их облика и действий. Надо полагать, что подобные указания существуют и в настоящее время.
На Западе проявляется растущий интерес к поступающим из России сведениям о появлениях НЛО. В этом году в Германии издана книга «Таинственное небо. НЛО над Россией». Ее авторы, Мэнтил и Стонхил, утверждают, что пользовались данными из архива КГБ. Это позволило им раскрыть тему НЛО и пришельцев на просторах Сибири, как еще никому на Западе.
В последние годы исследователи уфологических явлений настойчиво выделяют их отрицательную составляющую. Это прежде всего относится к случаям прямой связи между появлением НЛО и обнаружением обезображенных трупов людей и животных. Такая смертельная активность, приписываемая пришельцам, неоднократно была отмечена в Бразилии. По информации, поступившей из штатов Парэ и Ма-ранхао, нападению подверглись как мужчины, так и женщины во время появления светящихся объектов, которые местное индейское население называет «чупа-чупа». Как показали исследования, у жертв нападений были целенаправленно удалены важнейшие органы. Так, у одного мужчины с помощью хирургического инструмента, видимо, схожего с лазером, были аккуратно вырезаны внутренние органы, глаза, уши, язык, а также выкачана вся кровь из тела. За подобными действиями могли стоять только интеллектуально развитые силы, заинтересованные в изучении биологических особенностей человека.
Подобный интерес проявляется и к домашним животным. Скотоводы на северо-западе США сообщали о случаях, когда обнаруживались коровьи туши с удаленными органами.
Президент и пришельцы
Среди уфологических сенсаций 2008 года особое место занимает заявление бывшего астронавта НАСА Эдгара Митчелла. Он сказал, что убежден в том, что правительство США уже давно поддерживает контакт с «внеземным разумом». Слова Митчелла напомнили о том, что ряд высших руководителей США в прошлом якобы даже встречались с представителями неких далеких миров.
Так, президент Рузвельт имел встречу с группой инопланетян, с которыми были заключены «взаимные соглашения». На американской военной базе Мьюрок с пришельцами встречался и беседовал президент Эйзенхауэр. Он в феврале 1954 года отдыхал в Калифорнии и на какое-то время выпал из поля зрения сопровождающих лиц и прессы. Впоследствии было заявлено, что «президент посещал дантиста». Это была не первая встреча Эйзенхауэра с космическими посланцами. В 1952 году во время его нахождения на авианосце «Франклин Рузвельт» у правого борта корабля появился и повис огромный голубовато-белый НЛО, который «генерал Айк» мог в течение 10 минут отчетливо наблюдать.
Уфологические интересы американских президентов носят, по существу, традиционный характер. При инаугурации каждому из них показывают хранилище с замороженными трупами инопланетян с потерпевшего аварию звездолета в Розуэлле в 1947 году. (Сейчас там открыт музей, подтверждающий эту реальную встречу с экипажем НЛО.)
Внимание к космическим контактам проявляли Трумэн и Картер. Президент Клинтон поручал выяснить, насколько проблема НЛО связана с убийством Джона Кеннеди, который якобы собирался открыть тайну контактов УРУ с пришельцами, за что и поплатился жизнью.
Президент Рейган после просмотра фильма Стивена Спилберга «Инопланетянин» сделал примечательное признание: «Немногие люди знают, насколько все это правдиво».
Надо заметить, что предполагаемая возможность тайных контактов с космическими пришельцами породила опасения о существовании некоего вселенского заговора с целью изменена миропорядка и установления диктатуры тех сил на Земле, которые обладают поддержкой «чужестранцев из космоса».
Космическое братство призывает
Уфологический 2008 год не получил бы полного освещения, если не упомянуть об «Обращении к землянам» наших космических соседей. В одном из немецких журналов за 2008 год опубликовано пространное послание «члена Космического братства», который предпочел остаться анонимным.
Автор выступает от имени «миллиардов сознательных существ», населяющих нашу галактику, между которыми нет существенных отличий, разве только в опыте познания различных ступеней эволюции. Наше существование - реальность, говорится в послании. Но мы обычно остаемся невидимыми для жителей Земли. Пора изменить это положение -мы с радостью ожидаем вступления человечества в галактическую цивилизацию. Для этого необходимы его собственное решение и свободная воля людей. Каждый человек должен для себя принять решение. Это тем более важно, ибо перед человечеством возникло множество угроз. Рушатся экологические системы, множатся природные катаклизмы, происходят губительные военные столкновения. «Темные силы» меньшинства хотят превратить людей в своих рабов. В ближайшие десять лет планету Земля ожидают страшные потрясения.
Вступление в Космическое братство означало бы для человечества кардинальное изменение его положения. Оно получило бы доступ к технологиям более развитых цивилизаций, к неисчерпаемым источникам энергии, к новым формам организации жизни, при которых власть принадлежит каждому.
Послание торопит людей высказать свою волю к объединению с космическими братьями. Их решение обретет силу телепатическим путем. Чем шире распространится послание на Земле, тем быстрее наступит время «великого выбора».
Можно строить различные предположения о подлинном авторстве этого послания. Среди уфологов есть немало людей с хорошо развитой фантазией. В Испании группа энтузиастов предпочла самостоятельно решить вопрос о внеземных связях. На период с 18 по 20 июля этого года они назначили установление контакта с пришельцами, о чем широко оповестили «космическую общественность». То, что другая сторона на связь не вышла, их не обескуражило - усилия будут продолжены. Подобные оптимисты есть и у нас. Недавно респектабельная «Парламентская газета» выразила уверенность в том, что инопланетные цивилизации бывают на Земле, наблюдают за нами, и что встреча с ними возможна в обозримом будущем.
Генеральная ассамблея ООН приняла решение объявить 2009 год Интернациональным годом астрономии. Он будет, в частности, посвящен великому итальянскому астроному и ученому Галилео Галилею, который четыреста лет назад создал свой знаменитый телескоп, позволивший ему обосновать гелиоцентрическую систему мира.
С юбилейным годом астрономии связывают не только открытия в области космологии, но и дальнейшие исследования величайшей загадки мироздания - существования множественных форм развития жизни и разума во Вселенной.
